Where we deliver
To 230 countries and territories. Not to Afghanistan, Antarctica, Belarus, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Cuba, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Heard Island & McDonald Islands, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, U.S. Outlying Islands, Western Sahara, Yemen. Checkout lists every country we deliver to.
What it costs
- Standard shipping: $18.99 per order.
- Free on orders from $300, counted on the goods before tax and after any discount.
- Charged in US dollars with the order.
How long it takes
Orders leave Dubai within one business day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the order. Customs clearance can add time, and some destinations take longer.
Duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, import duties and taxes of the destination are not included in our prices. Where they are charged, the carrier collects them on delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the tracking link. It is also on the order page in your account.
Address
Check the delivery address at checkout. A parcel returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete can be sent again at your cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
Tell us as soon as you notice, with your order number and, for damage, photos. We take it up with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
