What we collect

Order details: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, what you bought.
Account details, if you make an account: name, email, addresses, and a protected form of your password.
Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Sign-ups: your email address and when and where you gave it to us.
Messages you send us.
With your agreement, cookies that measure how the store is used.
Visit counts: the store counts its own page views, adds to bag and checkouts without cookies and without storing your IP address or anything else that identifies you, and does not count browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Why we use it

To take payment, deliver your order and handle returns and refunds.
To answer you.
To send order and account emails, and marketing emails only if you agreed to them. Every marketing email lets you stop.
To keep the store secure and to meet our legal and tax duties.

Who handles it for us

Stripe: payments.
Vercel: hosting of the store and its pictures.
Neon: the database.
Resend: email delivery.
Google Analytics: store measurement, only with your agreement where that is required.
Delivery carriers: your name, address and phone, to deliver your order.

Some of these companies process data outside your country. We do not sell your personal information for money.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices for as long as tax law requires. Accounts and sign-ups until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices
